COURSE CONTEXT

Huawei enterprise storage provides online capacity expansion to support online expansion of storage systems without interruption. The storage system can be expanded in the following ways:

  • Add hard disks
  • Add disk enclosures
  • Add controller enclosures
  • Add number of links

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

  1. Understand the expansion process of Huawei enterprise storage products;
  2. Understand the Scale-Out principle of Huawei enterprise storage products and learn how to expand the controller;
  3. Learn about the Scale-Up principle of Huawei enterprise storage products and learn how to expand the disk enclosure.
